Last Feb 23-24th, 2024, our Progeny Technology family embarked on an unforgettable journey at Shaldah Eco Resort for our annual office tour! 🌿✨ Amidst the scenic beauty, we bonded, learned, and grew together, forging stronger connections that transcend workplace walls.

In January 2023, the pTech family embarked on a short trip to WaterPolo BD. The outing proved to be a delightful experience for all participants. The highlight of the trip was the opportunity to swim in the pool and engage in a friendly swimming competition. Additionally, the gathering provided a platform for indulging in delicious food and participating in a variety of indoor activities that brought joy to everyone.

The event, held on 25/07/2023, aimed to celebrate the outstanding contributions of employees and promote a fair election process for the betterment of the organization. The Half-Yearly Performance Fair Election allowed all employees to actively participate in selecting representatives who will voice their concerns and ideas at various levels within the company.
During the event, employees were given the opportunity to nominate deserving colleagues for various categories of awards, such as “Most Innovative Employee,” “Outstanding Team Player,” and “Exemplary Leadership.” The awards not only acknowledged individual excellence but also highlighted the collaborative spirit among teams.
